In detail.
The ground floor houses catering and conference facilities, whilst the upper floors contain office space available for rent, featuring areas designed for collaborative and focused work. These spaces are available to all tenants as communal areas.

We have installed various Strähle partition wall systems in the different rental areas. The System 2000_Nature, featuring a timber frame construction, provides maximum sound insulation in combination with 40 mm solid doors in the offices on the 11th floor. The timber frames consist of a solid wood profile which is veneered. The modular design ensures that the system can be adapted to new requirements at any time in the simplest and most cost-effective manner.
The 3400 all-glass system, featuring black anodised profiles, was installed in the executive suite on the 14th floor. The single-pane glazing impresses with its elegant appearance and cost-effectiveness. With no vertical mullions, the versatile 3400 system offers transparency and flexibility.
