Tailor-made office worlds are developed in a joint process together with architects, planners and customers. Flexibly, individually and economically. For this reason we are continually developing our systems and modifying them to meet current requirements. We strive to find the best possible solution with the best possible quality.

We are a family business.
We see ourselves as partners to our customers and suppliers, and as a reliable employer for our employees. The family business, headquartered in Waiblingen, was founded in 1911. Over the decades, it has developed from a carpentry workshop into a high-performance specialist for partition wall systems,
which is now run by the third and fourth generations of the Strähle family, Werner, Paul and Florian. Strähle employs 200 people in Germany and manufactures in Waiblingen near Stuttgart and in Borkheide near Berlin. Architects and builders from all over Europe have relied for decades on the innovative strength, competence and reliability of the owner-managed company, which is celebrating its 111th anniversary this year.

For us, sustainability is more than just a buzzword. The concept of sustainability is firmly anchored in our products through their flexibility and modularity, as well as the selection of materials. Thanks to their simple assembly, the partition wall systems can continue to be used even when spatial changes occur, making them particularly durable. We are an active member of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) and are the first partition wall manufacturer in Germany to develop a system based on the cradle-to-cradle principle.
Our first Strähle sustainability report provides information about what we have achieved to date. Building on this, we have defined ambitious goals to gradually make our company climate neutral.
One space, many places.
Office space, communication zone, think tank: our partition systems create rooms. With over 100 years of experience and the continuous development of partition wall systems, we have now achieved a level of quality and flexibility that we call ‘free-dimensional space’. The room systems combine high-quality design with technical requirements such as sound and fire protection. Made of wood, glass and aluminium, they reflect the design language of architecture. Strähle manufactures partition wall systems, doors, room-in-room systems, acoustic elements and wall organisation systems.
