For the PARI Pharma GmbH company headquarters in Gräfelfing, we developed a contemporary spatial concept that redefines reception, communication, and work environments. The aim of the redesign was to optimize functional processes while simultaneously creating an open, inviting atmosphere that reflects the company's character.

Im Detail.
The newly designed reception area forms the communicative hub. A modern reception desk, reorganized workstations, and a high-quality visitor lounge with integrated catering and waiting areas ensure orientation, a pleasant atmosphere, and a strong first impression.
In addition, a flexible office concept was developed, featuring two team boxes that offer space for collaboration, retreat, and informal meetings. A holistic color, lighting, and acoustic concept, the targeted use of glass partitions, and a newly structured circulation pattern create transparency, tranquility, and clear spatial connections. The result is a modern, functional, and communicative work and reception area that meets today's demands for flexibility and collaboration.
