The new advice centre of the Volksbank in Flensburg was build in 2017. Several different departments share this red-brick building. Here, the aim was to combine short communication paths with high levels of consultative competence for customers.

In detail.
Economic aspects and transparency were the requirements placed on the new offices. A bright atrium comprising all service stations for the customer makes up the building's entrance area.
Single and group offices as well as open communication rooms were created around the atrium. In order to provide the best-possible light conditions, single-glazed glass partition walls of the System 3400 were selected. This system is characterised by narrow profiles without vertical posts. In terms of the visual design, full doors in wood look were used.
