Overview
Room-in-Room System TEAMBOX
intersoft GmbH, Domkaskaden
The Domkaskaden office building is a prime example of sustainable architecture and was once again awarded the DGNB Gold certificate in 2023. Located between Rathausmarkt, the Kontorhaus district, and HafenCity, its staggered cascade-style architecture creates a unique visual impression from every angle—an effect that continues throughout all 10 floors inside the building.

In detail.
The floors used by intersoft GmbH offer a diverse office landscape with open areas, informal team spaces, and ample retreat zones. The layout was implemented from a single source using glass partitions and room-in-room systems by Strähle.
Full-glass partitions of the System 3400 ensure maximum transparency while simultaneously providing a high level of sound insulation for meetings. The 10 mm all-glass doors emphasize the open and light-filled character of the design. For phone calls and online meetings, the TEAMBOX TB.1 is available as a soundproof island within the open space.
By arranging two TEAMBOX units in a row, the floor plan is used highly efficiently while ensuring short distances. Different curtain colors and the use of plants create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The black profiles of the glass partitions consistently correspond with the flush-mounted profiles of the TEAMBOX units.
