The IT consulting company Zoi TechCon GmbH which belongs to the Kärcher Group develops digital solutions, cloud transformation and electrotechnology solutions. The new offices are in the Wizemann Areal of Stuttgart, where the creative scene of the city meets in a number of different industrial buildings.

In detail.
The elaborately renovated district boasts event areas and restaurants, and also highly modern working premises in the form of different offices and co-working spaces.
The offices of Zoi TechCon GmbH are in line with the industrial nature of the area, thanks to the black profiles of Partition Wall System 2000. The flush glazing provides a transparent appearance and a high level of sound insulation, and enables a combination of sheltered workplaces and communicative areas for informal chats among staff. Room-high glass elements combined with top-light elements bring light into the offices and create a bright, open atmosphere.
System 2000 was built into the entrance lobby area in compliance with F30 specifications and combined with T30 glass door SG100.1. The solution is not optically different from walls without fire protection, meaning they fit in harmoniously. Where required, fabric curtains can provide visual privacy between the rooms. Historic details such as the originally preserved floor contrast with the modern furnishings and give the rooms their particular charm.
