The new VfB junior talent centre is located near the Mercedes-Benz Arena, along with the club centre and training facilities of VfB Stuttgart. It combines all the facilities needed for a modern youth training centre into a compact and unmistakable structure. In addition to coaches' offices, seminar rooms and locker rooms for all the youth teams, the building also houses common areas for young people and their families, as well as rooms for fitness training, gymnastics, sauna and physiotherapy.

In detail.
The exterior facade of the ground level is made of glass while the upper level is covered by red slats.
The all-glass System 3400 by Strähle was selected for the design of the office and conference rooms. It allows the building's transparency to extend to its interior too, ensuring that all rooms receive enough daylight to foster a communicative atmosphere.
