TKEZ Architects designed and implemented a new technology and innovation center for Profol GmbH. The new building is a striking, three-story structure, but its geometry, positioning on the company premises, and, in particular, the diaphanous slatted façade in front of the building allow it to blend gently into its surroundings.

Im Detail.
Inside the new building, the office floor plans feature flexible team areas, each divided by scattered meeting units and open-plan soft work communication zones, promoting collaboration and exchange among employees.
Curved glass walls from Strähle lend the rooms a dynamic feel, while black profiles create an exciting contrast to the cozy materials and colors. The open space zone features individually arranged workstations, which ensure a high level of privacy and concentration thanks to their acoustic shielding.
The 3400 all-glass system impresses with maximum transparency, high cost-effectiveness, and short installation times. Floor-to-ceiling 64 mm portal doors in a light wood look structure the all-glass surfaces.
