The IMMOFINANZ AG office building at the Ungargasse address was renovated entirely in 2019 and offers the most modern of flexibly sized office spaces for a diverse range of tenants. The System 2000 partition walls with black anodised profiles from inside were installed over eight floors. The double-glazed system offers high sound insulation and a flush appearance on both sides. The modular design enables a number of different element types to be used, including toplight walls, balustrade walls and all-glass walls.

Im Detail.
The walls between individual offices were equipped with various organisational elements. Sideboards, fabric-covered pinboards and whiteboards are thus available for employees to use in their day-to-day work. These are integrated in the system's wall joints and can be affixed tool-free with just a few movements.
Discretion and confidentiality are ensured by the room-high solid doors or the excellent, sound-insulated 100 mm aluminium-frame doors.
Decals were used as design elements on the glass walls of the meeting rooms.
