The 16-story ALTO high-rise building owned by Immofinanz GmbH makes Düsseldorf's Media Harbor a special architectural complex. With a total rental area of approximately 21,000 m², all workspaces can be flexibly divided according to need and use in order to meet the different requirements of tenants.

The office space offers a modern co-working concept that places particular emphasis on flexibility and community. Innovative office buildings such as this one go beyond mere office space and focus increasingly on services for users. The variability extends across the entire infrastructure, including focus rooms, lounge, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
Strähle's system partitions play a special role here, as they meet all sound and fire protection requirements. The polygonal design of the glass walls continues the interior architecture and creates a unique and inviting atmosphere.
Thanks to the 100 mm aluminum frame doors, the walls have a flush appearance on both sides and offer maximum sound insulation. Strähle's modular system will enable flexible and functional room divisions for all office layouts at any time in the future.
