Partition wall T

Volksbank
Oldenburg

Following their merger, Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank Oldenburg relocated their new headquarters to the city center as Oldenburger Volksbank. After three years of renovation, the first floor now serves as a multifunctional meeting place. The former customer hall with its winding, uninviting entrance has been transformed into a bright, friendly foyer with a clear and spacious entrance area. It invites visitors with a generous gesture, offers space for personal interaction, and at the same time provides discretion and distance while ensuring constant access to the ATMs. At the center: the bar. A long counter for everyone and everything, whether it's a service point, co-working space, or coffee meeting place.

Partition wall SystemSystem T

Warm, natural materials now interact with the existing exposed concrete and masonry walls and the bank's revamped corporate identity color scheme. A flexible interior design concept with uniform furnishings spans the many different floors and departments: an open-plan office landscape with meeting areas and quiet rooms, formal and informal meeting places. The new employee offices were designed using Strähle's T partition wall system in a light wood look. Foil coatings on the all-glass walls provide orientation and discretion.

The System T has a very high-quality and elegant appearance thanks to the contrast between the wood surfaces and the flush glazing. The substructure made of laminated wood posts has a visible width of only 35 mm.

The flush glazing is mounted with visible stainless steel clips, making the system truly unique. As a CO2-neutral construction material, wood visibly emphasizes sustainable architecture.
