The Arabeska in Munich with its organically formed structure is a solitaire between the surrounding office buildings in the Arabella Park. The design demanded that this architectural approach be continued in its interior. A room concept using flexible system partition walls made numerous types of office possible.
The technical specifications were implemented with the fully-glazed System 3400. The glazed partition walls with their rounded corners take up the lines of the façade. The system combines maximum transparency with a high degree of flexibility and economy without vertical posts.
Solid wall elements from the System 2000 were used for the office partitions. These were fitted with horizontal organisational systems.
The Arabeska was awarded the DGNB Certificate in Gold (German Sustainable Building Council).
