Johannes-Dalmann-Haus, Hamburg

The Johannes Dalmann House office block was built in an exposed situation in the central port area Hamburg, right on the banks of the Elbe, as part of an urban development project. It stands tranquil and self-confident facing Kaispeicher A and the Elb Philharmonic building. The building gives the square an urban look at a place where the city looks out over the port.

The ambitious design continues inside the building. The offices are bright and modern. Systems 2300 and 3400 were chosen as they offer excellent transparency and flexibility.
