Im Detail.
The neighborhood offers tenants an innovative working environment and versatile space options. When designing the office space, emphasis was placed on a bright, friendly open-office concept equipped with an outstanding digital infrastructure.
Various rental areas were created using partition wall systems from Strähle. The double-glazed System 3500 was used, which combines maximum transparency with high sound insulation.
The flush-mounted Strucural Glazing System 2300 was installed in the conference rooms and retreat areas for video calls and meetings, and was partially designed as a fire protection wall. Foil coatings in the company's corporate design ensure discretion and serve as a design element.
The black profiles of the partition walls create an exciting contrast to the furnishings and give the interior a striking industrial look.
